Place was actually ok, it's clean, the people running the place are nice and their english is ok. However the room I was in was really small with very few accomodation, just one bed, a tv set, but no chairs. The wifi was actually working. Honestly for this price, it's a good deal, but don't expect a five star accomodation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and in the city centre. There are some good restaurants in the area that serve local food. the WiFi works well, and the rooms are quite spacious.
Some parts of the hotel need immediate attention. the bathrooms need better cleaning, and the bedsheets should be changed frequently.

The only saving grace of the hotel were the staff. They are smiling and ever helpful.
No bathroom door latch and to top it all, a smoked glass full size see-thru to the bathroom, from the bed !! You can see your companion or room partner do anything and everything in the bathroom !! Do the management cater to "Peeping Toms" sort of clientels only? Everytime I think about it, I feel like kicking the management right between their legs ! The breakfast is horrible too, I think Thailand poor-homes provide better ones. Locationwise, I hope it is in one of the lousiest place, not easy to find. In totality, my stay at Nantra was a complete nightmare !

Spent a great New Year's at a hotel near BTS Phrom Phong with free wifi and breakfast. Location was ideal, just a few minutes to the luxury mall and 24-hour convenience stores. Loved the friendly staff and enjoyed the clean private room with a lift. One of the highlights was the nearby popular massage center, perfect after exploring the city.

Mainly it is colse to the bts sky train and in a tourost area. It is a modern place, From the airport you can catch a train with only one changeover and when you get down its ony 3 mins to the hotel.
Room I stayed had lot of damages, broken Formica and the edged of the window was not completed still rough, Bed sheets had marks, The ac vent outside is noisy which kept waking me up, ac in the room was not strong enough, didn’t cool the room well enough. All male staff was good and all female staff was good except for one, she didn’t know how to smile and when we ask a question she just tried not to answer and rude and kept on looking at the computer screen and answer most of the time while looking at her mobile.
